Job Description :

Duties:

• Supervise and manage the Design, Engineering and Construction of all ongoing projects assigned by the Board Director
• Ensure delivery to owners specification, expectation and budget.
• Oversee consultants, contractors and third part vendors in delivering design and engineering
• Preparing technical specifications & tender packages,performing site supervisions.
• Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect with HKIA;
• Min 20 years working experiences with at least 10 years in a supervisory capacity in large-scale construction projects
• Be proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese.
