Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensure guest special requests are fulfilled and proper delivery of guest services is delivered.
•  Comply with federal, state and local laws regarding health, safety, and alcohol services.
•  Process guest check-in; confirm reservations, assign room and activate room key.
•  Follow all cash handling/banking procedures as per standard operating procedures.
•  Balance and drop receipts according to prescribed accounting procedures.
•  Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Must have exceptional customer service skills.
•  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
