A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Executive in Philippines.

Job Details:

• To implement the core HR practices under company policy, to ensure professional HR services and update it as per requirement.
• Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
• To visit different units regularly to handle and ensure company's administration issues.
• Manageand develop employee compensation/reward and recognition programs, drivingpay-for-performance culture aligned with business objectives. 
• Fostera culture of leader ownership and accountability of the employee life cycle.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Bachelor Degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
