Job Details:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for hardware, software and network issue of the company employees worldwide.
  • Handle technical concerns and provide solution to reported problem Escalate issue to second level of support if   necessary.
  • Track records of similar case encountered.
  • Conduct research and training for end users.
  • Manage hardware, software and licensing requirements.
  • Support internal and remote users for IT issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
