A leading Company Looking for an experienced Computer Hardware & Software Helpdesk in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Serve as the main point of contact for hardware, software and network issue of the company employees worldwide.
- Handle technical concerns and provide solution to reported problem Escalate issue to second level of support if necessary.
- Track records of similar case encountered.
- Conduct research and training for end users.
- Manage hardware, software and licensing requirements.
- Support internal and remote users for IT issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- IT Skills.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
