A leading Company Looking for an experienced Consulting Software Support in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Provide technical support to management platform of the client.
  • Attend to system inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through call or email.
  • Investigate and resolving problems in the company’s systems and services.
  • Participate in managing the development of internal support services.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing German.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
