Job Description :
Duties:
- Maintain manpower planning and control to ensure a sustainable manpower pipeline to the Company
- Preparation of awards application, statistical and management reports
- Make sure all HR practices & policies are in line with Company policies and statutory requirements
- Requirements
- Degree in HR Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR Management
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
