Duties:

  • Maintain manpower planning and control to ensure a sustainable manpower pipeline to the Company
  • Preparation of awards application, statistical and management reports
  • Make sure all HR practices & policies are in line with Company policies and statutory requirements
  • Requirements
  • Degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum  5 years experience in HR Management
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
