Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Sales Support Officer in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Uses computer software to input purchase orders from customers. 
  • Performs general order entry, including modifications on purchase orders and receipts of overseas product, and makes necessary    inventory adjustments. 
  • Coordinates overseas outbound shipments with freight forwarding companies. 
  • Maintains inventory control by inputting shipments, transfers and daily production amounts into system. 
  • Attends production planning meeting to help manage product for inventory and ship to full orders. Reconciles inventory at month end. 

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • One year experience in sales field.
  • Good communication skills in English.
