Job Description :

Duties:

  • Provide professional HR advice and support to support organizational effectiveness by implementing solutions aligned to the overall people strategy.
  • Supervise a broad range of HR matters including but not limited to workforce planning, talent management, compensation and benefits,communications,engagement and succession planning;
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder in HR or related disciplines;
  • Min 12 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial capacity;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English.
