Job Details:

•  Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
•  Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities,   and continuing needs.
•  Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. title:nurse,   registered.
•  Providing the necessary care for patients.
•  Acting as a liaison for patients and the families of patients.
•  Monitoring the care that patients receive.

Job Requirements:

•  BS or diploma in nursing.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Each service also requires specialized skills. 
•  Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
