Job Description :

Wanted experienced Customer Service Representative in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
  •  Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  •  Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
  •  Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
  •  Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  •  Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  •  Strong customer service and customer relation skills.
