Job Description :

Looking for an Admin Assistant in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  •  Facilitate meetings, conferences, and events; scheduling, coordinating food & beverage service, running presentations,   etc.
  •  Process expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting department standards and policies.
  • Prepare business presentations, reports, and correspondence utilizing MS Office Suite and another spreadsheet, database,   or presentation software.
  •  Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining copy and break rooms.
  •  Assist employees and job candidates with business travel coordination.
  • Participate in Employee Moral Committee.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree holder.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
