Job Description :

Duties:

  • Liaise and keep up good relationship with property developers, landlords, agents, management offices and other external parties
  • Handle leasing related issues including but not limited to tenancy agreements
  • Analyze and generate report that provides demographic data of the potential location or site
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in Retail / Leasing / Property Management
  • Proficiency and MS Office
  • Good command over written and spoken English and Chinese
