Job Description :
Duties:
- Studying project-architectural drawings, and models.
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of residential and clubhouse facilities,
- Well handle emergency repairs.
- Requirements:
- 3 years or more of building maintenance work experience
- Must hold a valid electrician A card and Ping An card.
- Excellent technical knowledge-skills.
- Highly motivated person.
