Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Must be aware of Technical Specifications of all the Civil Engineering works.
•  Keep up to date record of work done, billed, passed and balance to be billed.
•  Prepare / check subcontractor s bills, vendors bills etc and pass for payment.
•  Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
•  Identify , analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
•  Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent problem-solving abilities.
•  Excellent Communication skills.
