Job Description :

Wanted experienced Construction Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Monitors and drive schedule and construction efficiency.
  •  Review and process daily reports and provide updates for weekly report.
  •  Identify Trade Partners with delinquencies and negotiate completion as per schedule.
  •  Work with trades to find a win-win scenario when an issue occurs.
  •  Keeps client and project manager informed of the day-to-day activities of the project.
  •  Work with trades to find a win-win scenario when an issue occurs.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelors degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Strong project management and planning skills.
  •  Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
