Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Controlling the order and preparedness before service, completing deficiencies.
  •  Performing all tasks given by Sous Chef or Kitchen Chef.
  •  Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
  •  Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
  •  Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
  •  Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  •  Must have intermediate mathematical skills.
