Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Banquet Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintaining service standards while overseeing captains, service staff, and the housemen.
•  Maintain a high level of service by constantly training and coaching all Captains, servers and   housemen.
•  Work with Food and Beverage management and keep them informed of issues as they arise.
•  Ensures that all banquet staff is well-groomed and in proper uniform (including name tags).
•  Assures proper inventory of all banquet server equipment and supplies to meet required.
•  Assume other responsibilities as requested by the Clubhouse Services Director or General Manager.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent Service Skills.
•  Must have great organization and communication skills.
