Job Description :

Looking for an Accounts Officer in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  •  By account executive request, takes detailed notes at every meeting and sends meeting recaps to all team members   involved.  
  •   Assists account executive in the management of all client coop marketing including pre-approval and submissions. 
  •  Outside vendor management including gathering estimates and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  •  Responsible for managing all traffic deadlines. 
  •  Maintain digital record on Cuneo server of all client creative, scripts, traffic and compliance/co-op documentation.
  •  Stays aware of client activities to provide backup when account executives are unavailable.

Job Requirements:

  •  Degree holder.
  •  Malaysians Only.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 1-3 years experience is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
