Job Description :
Duties:
- Act as HR Business Partner to provide HR Advisory Function to business leader and Operation Managers
- Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Succession Planning
- Provide HR services based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated Departments
- Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR Management within a sizeable organisation
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Excellent managerial skills.
