Urgently looking for an experienced Area Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Seamlessly provide leadership at properties when there is a vacant Property Manager position.
•  Regularly audits files for sites with upcoming regulatory agency inspections and audits.
•  Achieving and exceeding sales targets, with sharp focus on profitability.
•  Develop strong project pipeline for future business, sharp focus on managing leads.
•  Effectively manage rent increases, rent collections and the eviction process at all sites.
•  Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash so that the properties can successfully meet all   obligations timely.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills. 
•  Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
