Looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  •  Reminding the Founding Partner of important tasks and deadlines.
  •  Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  •  Overseeing all administrative support, such as distributing mail and purchasing supplies.
  •  Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  •  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Good organizational and planning skills.
  •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
