Looking for a Supervisor in Bahrain.

Job Details:

• Evaluate the daily progress of CDL drivers to ensure consistency and maximum productivity.
• Monitor drivers to ensure proper time management and timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Makes appropriate decisions to ensure that heavy routes are supported so that all stops are completed in a timely manner.
• Supervises same day deliveries as necessary.
• Effectively builds relationships with customers to create customer loyalty and encourages all CDL drivers to do the same.
• Handles difficult customer and employee situations appropriately.

Job Requirements:

•  Outstanding organizational skills.
•  Must require a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
