Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Check tables throughout service times for guest satisfaction, resolve guest complaints.
  •  Enforce restaurant rules, regulations and policies.
  •  Supervise the dining room staff and maintain uniform service standards. 
  •  Review daily specials, stations and other applicable announcements.

Job Requirements:

  •  High school diploma. 
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  •  Good time management and organizational skills.
