Job Description :
Duties:
- Answer customer inquiries, handle complaints and provide various concierge services
- Support the Department of Management and the Department of Marketing in matters relating to day-to-day operations and promotional activities;
- Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Studied hotel management / property management / related subjects are preferred
- Must have a valid security personnel permit
- 2 or more relevant work experience;
