Job Description :

Duties:

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Identify defects for the building quality and make recommendation for improvement.
  • Take part in tendering process and evaluation, as well as assisting in appointment of contractors / nominated subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma in Architecture/Building Services/ Construction or related
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in project management
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage
