Technical Support Staff- Infrastructure

Job Description :

Duties:

• Support , monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and network;
• Perform the day-to-day operation of IT systems such as data backup, system monitoring and network administration;
• Manage IT systems, e.g. Windows Server, E-mail System, Database System, Patch Management System, Active Directory,VM System and SAN;
• Requirements:
• University degree in computer studies;
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience;
• Technical knowledge in network, security, server, and databases system;
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure design, Windows Server, Active Directory, VM, E-mail System, Database System, SAN, network system etc.
