Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Head Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Generates, presents and posts a weekly menu and prepares meals for guests with special diets.
  •  Inspects and maintains kitchen and food storage to meet all food safety regulations.
  •  Coordinates with maintenance staff for all repairs to kitchen appliances and material.
  •  Manage kitchen operations for F&B outlets and banquets at one of our two hotels.
  •  Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
  •  Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  •  Exhibit keen customer service skills.
