Wanted experienced F&B Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensures proper uniform standards are observed by all hostess staff.
•  Ensures dining areas are properly setup, adequately staffed and clean.
•  Updates menus for menu board and tags for buffet line.
•  Serves as liaison to coordinate special requests for guests.
•  Oversees dining room aesthetics and décor are seasonally appropriate.
•  Supervises scheduled preventative maintenance for all beverage service equipment.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Exceptional organizational skills.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
