Details:

• Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by gathering information
• Analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
• Give form to balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Requirements:
• Degree holder or equivalent
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• 3 years’ experience in customer service or call centre in insurance/ banking industry
• Good knowledge of the insurance product and operations
• Spoken and written English & Cantonese
