Job Description :

Details:

  • Handle and follow up email inquiries and phone calls mainly from business partners such as IFA, Brokers and Life agents on general insurance products.
  • Assist senior staffs to prepare management report
  • Handle complaints and ensure all the cases received are adequately investigated, follow through and settled upon customers’ satisfaction
  • Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or call centre in insurance/ banking industry
  • Spoken and written English & Cantonese
  • Good knowledge of the insurance product and operations
