Required Human Resources Manager

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager in Canada.

Job Details:

•  Lead, integrate and provide guidance in companywide compliance initiatives (staffing, compensation, etc.). 
• Assure Compliance and accurate reporting in the areas of EEO, Affirmative Action Policies, Immigration, etc.
• Partners with the business and broader HR team to further develop and build new college graduate programs. 
• Conceptualize and develop the HR strategy and action plan for the year. Develop and review HR budget regularly.   Review all monthly reports and check for adherence to cost and quality guidelines.
• Provide inputs on strategic sources of recruitment, sign off on the salaries and terms and conditions of selected associates   at all levels, supervise adherence to recruitment profile, timelines and costs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
