Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Catering Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Continually monitor in-house groups to ensure client satisfaction during events.
  •  Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel.
  •  Guide and train staff in the preparation of different recipes.
  •  Dispatch order details to head caterer.
  •  Hold daily morning staff meetings.
  • Planning menus in consultation with chefs.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Customer service attitude.
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
