Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Reservation Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Professionally respond to all telephone calls and responses to customer email inquiries.
  •  Performs multiple tasks at the same time, using automatic equipment capabilities.
  •  Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
  •  Utilize operational systems to process purchases of mobility products.
  •  Always maintain a professional appearance by adhering to uniform policy at all times.
  •  Explain resort products, service and other information about the resort as requested.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  •  Excellent computer and typing skills are required.
