Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Organize catering when we have customer visits.
•  Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and other communal areas.
•  Organizing coffee-breaks during meetings, trainings, seminars and other events.
•  Follow and enforce all Kalahari Resort cash handling and credit/debit policies.
•  Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
•  Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Problem-solving skills.
