Job Details:

•  Coordinate and delegate activities through the store management team.
•  Coach and mentor store employees on a regular basis.
•  Evaluate individual performance through the use of the Company’s performance processes.
•  Provide proper staff planning according to budget and store needs.
•  Follow the store’s opening and closing procedures.
•  Have working knowledge and oversee use of all company systems.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Four years experience in same field.
•  Possess good problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
•  Must possess time management skills.
