Construction Manager Required

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Construction Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for coordinating surveys and layouts, supervising testing, reviewing and commenting on daily reports, subcontract   supervision and scheduling.
• Scheduling daily operations and resources (ie. labor, equipment, materials and trucking).
• Communicating daily with Superintendents, Foreman of various crews.
• Assist with tracking of accurate daily quantities.
• Reviewing cost analysis, job cost reports, contract documentation (photos, letters, emails, etc.) and production reports.
• Reviewing purchase orders, delivery tickets, and ensuring transmittal to accounting.

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• Ten years experience in construction field.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills in English.
