Job Description :

Duties:

• Leading the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation
• Co-ordinate with related parties on property management
• Monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties  
• Managing day-to-day business operations and strategic planning
• Requirements:
• Must be a Graduate
• Minimum 7 years experience in property leasing in property developers or international real estate agency firms
• Be fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
