A leading company looking for an experienced Operation Assistant in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Working with management to support the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Administering all employee benefit plans; processing benefit-related bills, enrollments, and changes.
  • Assisting in planning and executing office events and meetings.
  • Overseeing scheduling and logistics for programs, meetings, and outings for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Maintaining office and meeting spaces, purchasing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Working with outside vendors for building and accounting needs.

Job Requirements:

  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Graduate holder.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
