Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Travel Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

• Assist Chinese Travellers or passenger regarding their inquiries.
• Answer calls regarding lost baggage and missing luggages.
• Answer calls for transfer of seat or booking confirmation.
• Reschedule flights and assist passengers in baggage counters check in.
• Conducts reviews and audits of travel orders to ensure travel mode and entitlements accurately reflect travelers’ itineraries.
• Contacts travel planners and/or travelers concerning errors in authorizations and vouchers. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
•  Has Customer Service Background.
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
•  Management Skills.
