Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
•  Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.
•  Prepares meals and daily specials on designated days and shifts.
•  Follows all policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•  Knows and follow established facility wide health and safety procedures and rules.
•  Monitors and ensures proper inventories of all cooking stations.

Job Requirements:

•  Associate's degree.
•  Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent logistical planning and delegating skills.
