A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Desk in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Pursuecustomer supplier awards and coordinate internally.
  • Conductnecessary analysis to understand market, customer trends and demandvolatility.  
  • Understandall executed contract terms for assigned customers through collaboration withContracts, Pricing, Sales, and Accounts Receivable to ensure   fullcompliance. 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  •  Knowledgeable in Computer applications.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Excellent speaking and writing abilities.
