A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Desk in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Pursuecustomer supplier awards and coordinate internally.
- Conductnecessary analysis to understand market, customer trends and demandvolatility.
- Understandall executed contract terms for assigned customers through collaboration withContracts, Pricing, Sales, and Accounts Receivable to ensure fullcompliance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- Knowledgeable in Computer applications.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Excellent speaking and writing abilities.
