• Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
• Work with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning and to keep work backlog and prepared for execution.
• Well manage inter-dependencies between agile teams.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Minimum 5 years related experience as a project team member or in agile software development including coaching on agile methodologies.
• Highly motivated person.
