A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Answering and resolving customer requests and inquiries.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files.
  • Issue quotations and follow ups.
  •  Distribute reports as necessary and prepare management information.
  • Process and Expedite order deliveries thru use of ERIC system.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Excellent numeracy and data handling skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • IT Skills.
