Job Description :

Details:

Handle day-to-day legal duties arising from the companies' daily operations.
Analyze and prepare legal docs prepared/received by our SFC licensed company.
Laise with external legal counsels where necessary
Requirements:
Minimal 6 years’ post qualification experience
Experience and knowledge in SFC/ SFO requirement
Spoken English and Chinese skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
