Urgently looking for an experienced Executive Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Oversee menu creation while maintaining signature house specialties and recipes.
•  Introduce creative, fresh and visually appealing ideas to menus. 
•  Assure that all hires complete hire packet prior to reporting for first shift.
•  Purchase food and supplies from vendors approved by the company and monitor inventory.
• Ability to forecast needs based on community functions, seasonality, and local events.
•  Interviewing, hiring, support, and conflict management.

Job Requirements:

•  Associate's degree in Culinary Arts (preffered).
•  Personnel management skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Outgoing personality/ strong customer service skills.
