Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced HSE Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Drives HSE initiatives across the organization and develops implements and refines programs to ensure regulatory compliance.   Responsible for implementing company HSE policies and programs which reflect industry best practices.
• Maintains HSE systems as necessary while documenting, tracking and analyzing data for statistical reporting
• Provides coaching and guidance to all levels of employees to ensure improved safety attitudes, intervention, near miss reporting and   incident reduction while aligning with Ferrovial Services, N.A. corporate HSE strategy.
• Provides leadership, management and direction to the service delivery team to develop project level plans and achieve the required   performance outcomes while fostering a culture that readily adapts to new ways of doing business.
• Manages the transition and mobilization of contracts to attain the desired HSE culture.
• Conducts risk assessments, safety reviews and audits. Identify, prevent and resolve HSE deficiencies in the workplace.  Conduct and    review incident investigations to establish root cause in an effort to prevent recurrences.  Recommends actions as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• With NEBOSH certificate.
