Looking for an experienced Building Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• • Ensure that vendors meet expectations when working onsite
• • Repair appliances, replace parts as needed to effectively provide corrective maintenance and grounds maintenance
• • Ensure all work is done in a timely manner and provide consistent follow up
• • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all resident requests or complaints are addressed in a timely, efficient and courteous manner

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in the same role.
• Bachelors degree holder.
•  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Teamwork skill.
