Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Team Lead in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Follow the project strategy to elicit and document requirements
• Follow the procedures on how the requirements will be managed (i.e., base lining requirements, requirements, change   control and requirements traceability).
• Work in close collaboration with otherteams including solution architects, development, testing and deployment.
• Proactive mindset, leading meetings and controlling deliverables and timeline.
• Manage and negotiate with difficult and opinionated stakeholders with regular supervision during elicitation sessions and   during the development life cycle.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience is required.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow would be an added advantage.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
