Looking for an experienced Office Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Faxes and photocopies information as needed.
  •  May keep record of absences and hours worked by unit personnel.
  •  Accurately maintains records in compliance with company standards.
  •  Receive, distribute, & record all office mail and packages as required.
  •  Make accommodations and entertainment arrangements for company visitors/clients.
  •  General Filing and book keeping Assistance for controller.

Job Requirements:
  •  {{ESTRONG}}High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Good organizational skills.
