Details:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Predict/Calulate the cost of various materials required for the project
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, site engineers, project managers
• Acquire or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on project construction
• Requirements:
• Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• 4 years or above QS experience.
• Aanalytical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
